In loving memory of Margaret Kathleen Janes of Little Lepreau, New Brunswick, who departed this world on January 10, 2025 at the age of 98. She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen David Ingalls and Roberta Georgina Carey Ingalls (Wooster); her husband Harvey Janes; and her siblings, Howard Ingalls, Henry Ingalls, Junior Ingalls, Jack Ingalls, Walter Ingalls, Jean Kissner and Daisy Annis.
She is survived by: her children, Edwin Janes (Wanda) of Little Lepreau, Gary Janes (Ruby) of St. George, Arthur Janes of Saint John, Stephen Janes of Lepreau, Gloria McAninch (Jim) of Niagara Falls, Rosalie Maker (George), Karen Belding (David) of Chance Harbour and Darlene Estey (Scott) of Spruce Lake; and her grandchildren, Tina Landry, Amanda Tustin, Nicholas Janes, Melissa Sue Pitchford, Owen Janes, Brittany Janes, Brandon Janes, Jeremy Wilson, Brian McAninch, Janet Angelkotter, Paula Andrews, Pamela Johnston, Nathan Maker, Shelly Maisonneuve, Darren Belding, Anthony Estey and Gail Estey. She is also survived by twenty five Great Grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Castle Fallsview Funeral Home (309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John, NB E2M2L3). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Church of the Good Shepherd (668 Manawagonish Rd, Saint John, NB E2M3W5).
