She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Barton and Amber Barton; and her siblings, Eugene, Jack, Gordon, Frank, Roger, Donny, Della, Eva and Carol.

She is survived by: her close friends, Janna, Reba and Sheena; her husband Raymond Edward Bishop; her daughters, Vickie Elaine Ouellette of Penniac, NB and Constance Eileen Bishop of Lincoln, NB; her grandsons, Cory Breen and Brett Breen; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Wren and Vaughn; and her sisters, Vera Casey of Minto, NB and Maryann Richard of Amherst, NS.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Chalmers Foundation or to the charity of one's choice.
