It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John McLean (Lincoln, New Brunswick), born in London, Ontario, who passed away on April 2, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald McLean and Eleanor McLean (MacIntyre); his grandparents, Roy, Jenny McLean, Angus and Olive MacIntyre; his uncles, Doug and Bruce (Monte McLean); and his aunt Viola McLean.
He is survived by: his wife Valerie "Val" McLean; his children, Elisabeth "Beth" Blair (Andrew) and Nathaniel "Nat" McLean (Gabrielle); his granddaughter Olivia; and his cousins, Dave McLean (Deanna) and Janice Newcombe (Dave). He is also survived by many friends and his church family.
As per the family's wishes, masks and social distancing are not mandatory, but they ask that those attending be mindful of the preferences and comfort of others in attendance.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that anyone who wishes to make donations do so to the Fredericton Homeless Shelters or similar charity in support of the Homeless community of Fredericton.
