He was predeceased by: his parents, Darral Clark and Mae Clark; and his siblings, Dwayne and Alice Surrett. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his daughter Sarah; his granddaughter Emma; his stepson Ben; his siblings, Audrey Clark, Donna Russell, Weldon and Dwight; and his aunt Dallas Urquart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
