He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Olsen and Hazel Olsen (Brownell); his children, Wade Olsen, Tanya Olsen and Eric Olsen Jr.; and his siblings, Carl Olsen and Lillian Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Olsen (Leavitt) of Green's Point, NB; his stepchildren, Kathy Lytle of Ontario, Ronald Owen (Victoria) of Ontario and Tina Suddard (Chris) of Ontario; his grandchildren, Kristen Benner (Chris), Kimberly Ramharakh (Mark), Angela Lytle and Jaime Suddard; his great grandchildren, Jason Colbourn, Hayden Colbourn, Price Ramharakh and Cruz Ramharakh; and his brother Harry Olsen of Ontario. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In his memory, donations to Green's Point Lighthouse Association, Charlotte County Cancer, Bobby's Hospice or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
