He is survived by: his wife Karen; his siblings, Perry Carter (Carrie) of Seeleys Cove, NB, Eldon Carter (Mary) of Seeleys Cove, NB, Sheldon Carter of Seeleys Cove, NB, Debbie Eagles (David) of Moncton, NB and Lyda Leger (Louis) of Moncton, NB; and his sisters-in-law, Lyda McLeese of St. Andrews, NB, Anna Tucker (James) of L'Etete, NB, Lorena Hanley of St. George, NB, Loma Hanley (Calvin) of Back Bay, NB, Susan French (Robert) of Back Bay, NB, Ruby Hooper of Back Bay, NB, Mona Hooper (Tony) of Blacks Harbour, NB and Janet Hooper (late Glendon) of St. George, NB. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
