He was predeceased by: his parent Allen Foster; and his siblings, Gary Foster, Marilyn Billings and Sharon Brooks. He is survived by: his parent Manella Foster; his children, Kim Foster, Jeff Foster (Diane), Danny Foster (Sherry) and Lindon Bartley (Shonna); his grandchildren, Thomas, Melissa, Felicia, Keshia and Briana; and his siblings, Beverly Prosser (Donald) and Robert Foster (Ronda). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
