He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Levesque and Rose Levesque; his sister Diana Cullins; and his brother-in-law Blaine Shaw. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Levesque of Lansdowne; his children, Dawn Levesque (Don Hachey) of Lansdowne, Tyler Levesque (Tiffany) of Wakefield and Zachary Levesque of Lansdowne; his grandchildren, Dylan Tucker, Gavin Levesque, Jace Levesque, Liam Levesque and Lexi Levesque; his siblings, Merrill Levesque, Roma Levesque and Susan Sheaves; and his siblings-in-law, Sheril Cullins (Richard), Maureen Shaw, Alton Cullins and Neil Hamilton (Melissa). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
