He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Lutes and Helen Lutes (Magee); his wife Sharon Lutes (O'Brien); his stepson Carl "Yogi"; his granddaughter Megan; and his siblings, Dorothy and Bobby.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Elaine Steeves and Leonard Steeves (Janice); his grandchildren, Brittany, Brandon, Kristen and Cody; his great grandchildren, Parker, Caleb and Noah; and his sisters, Debby (Victor) and Dianne (Marty). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
