“Thank you to Joe's "family" for looking after he and his Mom for so many years. "Uncle Joe" is a part of my childhood and meant so much. He always had time for kids. He didn't have to speak and people kept telling us that he couldn't hear us but he understood everything we said.......it was all in his twinkling eyes! Joe was a kind sole with no malice toward anyone. He accepted the love that surrounded him and he gave it back ten fold. Always loved, ever missed. Debbie, Lottie's step-daughter”
