It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Winston Carter of Kouchibouguac, New Brunswick, who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Firth and Edith Carter (Randall); his siblings, Kenneth Carter, Marion Smith, Barbara Tweedie, Alice Peterson and Marie Colpitts; and his siblings-in-law, Lorna Carter, Clayton Smith, Irvin Colpitts, James Tweedie, Curtis Peterson, Joseph Gardiner and Lloyd Flanagan.
He is survived by: his siblings, Noreen Gardiner, Edna Flanaghan, Charlie Carter (Thelma) and Edward Carter (Joan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
