It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darquise Bertha Weaver (Kingston, New Brunswick), born in Thurso, Québec, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Stewart and Aurore Stewart (Binette); her husband Clarence Weaver; her daughter Robin Morrison; and her siblings, Gerald Stewart, Oland Stewart and Joycelynn Worden.

She is survived by: her son Lamont Weaver (Janet) of Toronto, ON; her son-in-law Francis Morrison; her brothers, Vernon Stewart (Donna) of Kingston, NB, Marc Stewart (Janet) of Hampton, NB and Marcel Stewart (Treva) of Titusville, NB; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Stewart. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
