He is survived by: his girlfriend Debbie Carter; his daughter Hannah Palmer; his grandchildren, Leah, Danny and Jackson; his siblings, Karen (Neil), Mike (Eileen), Kathy (John), Sue (Bill) and Matt (Angie); his sister-in-law Missy; his parents-in-law, Fred and Terry Carter; his sister Vicky; and his brother-in-law Ira Lutz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
