She was predeceased by: her father William Hadden; her husband Donald McKellar; and her sisters-in-law, Elizabeth McKellar and Kathleen Laporte. She is survived by: her children, Linda MacFarlane (Randy), Donnie McKellar, Kevin McKellar (Lester Wood) and Maureen McKellar; her granddaughter Maggie MacFarlane; and her sisters, Diana Easton and Jacqueline Shaw.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Carleton County Animal Shelter, DunRommin' Stray and Rescue, or a charity of the donor's choice.
