He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rideout and Inez Rideout (Davenport); his brother Eldon; and his nieces and nephews, Emma Rideout, Laurie McAuley, Michael Goodwin and Ben Rideout (Nancy Cole).
He is survived by: his siblings, Joy Doherty (Emery), Gerald Rideout (Mary Faith) and Carl Rideout (Natalie); and his sister-in-law Carol Rideout. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
