He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lewis and Gertrude Lewis; his wife Gertrude (Folsom); his siblings, Marion Jones, Lynda Lewis and Darrell Lewis; his brothers-in-law, Alvin Jones, Thorsten Sanders, Lloyd Larocque, Richard Gogan, Roger Sherman and Bob Bartlett; his nephew Eric Sherman; and his pet Tiger.
He is survived by: his children, Gail Lewis of McKenzie Corner, Mike Lewis (Dorothy) of Woodstock, Debbie Dunphy (Willie) of Richmond Corner and Peter Lewis (Talitha) of Fort McMurray; his grandchildren, Debbie Tapley, Rachel Faulkner (Shane), Heather Lewis (Troy), Melissa Dunphy (Jesse), Megan Dunphy, Jasmine Lewis (Blaze) and Skylar Lewis; his great grandchildren, Christina Faulkner, Lincoln Faulkner (Madison), Kalee Daye (Kyle), Jayden O'Neil, Landon Ingraham, Leland Ingraham and Wyatt; his siblings, Muriel, Louise and David (Diana); and his caregivers, Christa and Gaynell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and many great friends.
