He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Marsten and Williamina Helen Mary Perley (Emslie); his wife Evelyn (Kaye); his in-laws, Derryl and Ila Boone (Wood); his daughter-in-law Holly Perley (Casey); and his siblings-in-law, Lorne Boone, Ollie and Lorraine (Keilty).
He is survived by: his children, Shelly Lutes (Ian) and Kevin Perley; his grandsons, Nathan and Kyle Stairs; his sister Elizabeth Voutour (June); and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Boone (Connie), Daniel Boone, Debbie Lenentine (Ron), Gayla DeMerchant (Peter), Sherry Gray (James), Karen Farnham (John) and Kathy Farrell (Thom). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
