It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maeve Marie Cummings (Jacksonville, New Brunswick), born in Fredericton, New Brunswick, who passed away on January 2, 2025, at the age of 3, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Maeve Marie farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Maeve Marie is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Carleton Funeral Home & Crematorium (337 Lockhart Mill Rd, Jacksonville, NB E7M3S5). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel (337 Lockhart Mill Rd, Jacksonville, NB E7M3S5).
In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made in Maeve's memory to the IWK Health Centre, in gratitude for the compassionate care their team provided to our sweet girl.
