He was predeceased by: his father Noel Bustard; his brother Allison Bustard; and his father-in-law Malcolm Height. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Bustard (Height) of Elmwood; his daughter Tawnya McComb (George); his grandchildren, Liam and Olivia; his siblings, Deborah Bustard, Cathy Murphy (Robert), Valerie O'Donnell (Garnett), Angela Dow (Lee), Peter Bustard (Patricia) and Clark Bustard (Susan); his aunt Vena Porter; his uncle Wayne Clark; his mother-in-law Della Height; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Hopson, Roxanne Bell (Harvey), Kim Height (Michelle) and Ronald Height (Kelly).
In keeping with Lee's love for the outdoors and nature , the family has requested donations in Lee's memory be made to the Meduxnekeag River Association or donors choice.
