He was predeceased by: his mother Bernice Broad (Demerchant); his siblings, Oral Broad of Perth, NB and Verterline Ruff (Broad); and his brother-in-law Carl Ruff of Michigan. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Broad (Taylor); his children, Tracey Broad, Stacey Broad and Jill Harding (Chesley); his pet Penny; his brother Kevin Broad (Delores); his granddaughters, Tara Glenn (Sam) and Sara Demerchant (Travis); and his great grandchildren, Danica, Emmerson, Diamond and Elana.
