He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Hartley and Anna Hartley (Davenport). He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Hartley; his brothers, John Hartley (Lindsey) and Paul Hartley (Lori); his grandchildren, Ethan Hartley and Katie Hartley; his great grandchildren, Laylia Cannon-Hartley, Skyler Kane and Gracie Kane; his niece Ajsha Hartley (Jordan); his nephews, Jamis Hartley and John Hartley; and his great-nieces, Octavia Ginson and Harper Ginson.
