It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Clarence McConnell (Jacksonville, New Brunswick), who passed away on October 2, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence McConnell and Elizabeth McConnell (Lord); his daughter Jane Olmstead; his son-in-law Charles; his siblings, Leona Harvie, Merle Smith, Donna Wallace and Alvah McConnell; his niece Wanda Cummings; and his great-nephew Mark Prosser.
He is survived by: his children, Beverley Ketch (Harold), Marilyn Wilson, Elizabeth Tibbits and Larry McConnell; and his grandchildren, Marty (Jocelyn), Rebecca (Wesley), McKenzie (Brook), Robert, William (Nichole), Virginia (Michael), Ross (Jennifer), HelenMarie, Joseph and Gerald (Katelyn). He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren; nine nieces and nephews; as well as many friends.
With Covid regulations in place, there will a public visitation at the Carleton Funeral Home, Jacksonville, NB on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, from 4pm until 7pm.
For those who wish, memorial tributes may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
