He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Carter and Eldora Carter (Carr); and his sister Debbie Crain. He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Paterson (Dale) and Owen Carter (Vicki); his brother-in-law Murray Crain; his aunt Viola; his uncle Dyllis Cote; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Carter (Hannah), Mitchell Carter (Macy), Jonathan Paterson (Sylvia), Sarah Hatt (Blake), Curtis Crain (Kayla), Hilary Palmer (Joe), Hope Crain and Brandon Crain (Nadine). He is also survived by several cousins, great nieces and nephews.
