He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Sewell and Ethel Sewell (Dickinson); his former wife Dorothy Jean (Smyth); his son-in-law Hawkins; and his siblings, Marina, Beatrice, Inez, Gail, Clarence and Larry.
He is survived by: his wife Beryl Sewell (McCarty); his children, Barbara Cronkite (Neil), Darlene Carvell, Janet Hawkins and James (Mary); and his siblings, Deborah Allan (Tony) and Allison Sewell. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation, Heart and Stroke, Diabetics Society or a memorial of the donor's choice.
