It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Charmaine Duchemin (Jacksonville, New Brunswick), born in Woodstock, New Brunswick, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Beatrice Elliott and Ross Elliott of Debec; and her brothers, Aubrey, Arthur and Stephen.
She is survived by: her son Peter Duchemin; her daughter-in-law Justine Scala; and her siblings, Dorothy Walls, Ann Gombar (Jerry) of Port Moody, BC, Shirley Elliott of Rothesay, NB and Richard Elliott. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
To honour Carol's memory and her lifetime of service to her community, the family has requested donations to the Girl Guides of Canada, the Upper River Valley Hospital Foundation, and the McKenzie Corner United Church Cemetery Fund.
