The memory of Carl Perley William Flemming of Jacksonville, New Brunswick, who passed away on February 7, 2025 at the age of 90, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Flemming and Blanche Flemming (Fox) of Bloomfield, NB.; his parents-in-law, Perry and Ferne (Bartley); his sons, Bruce and Haldon; his brother Weldon; his nephew Joseph; his brother-in-law Andrew Boucher; and his daughter-in-law Charlette.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Burtt; his children, Ivan, Carlene Hawthorne (Fred), Angela McLellan (Harold), Rhonda Lockard (Lewis) and Tammy McBride (Frank); his daughter-in-law Nancy (Peter McCormack); his siblings-in-law, Alberta Boucher (Thomas Tweedie), Vincent and Garth Burtt; and his close friends, Jordan, Gabby, Devyn and James Bamford. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren and 7 step-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jacksonville United Baptist Church (433 NB-560, Jacksonville, NB E7M3H4). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jacksonville Baptist Church (433 NB-560, Jacksonville, NB E7M3H4).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of the donors' choice if so desired, which would be very much appreciated.
