She was predeceased by: her father Earl Cheney; her husband Ronald Currie; her granddaughter Haley Marie Currie; her brother Lawrence Cheney; and her siblings-in-law, Burns Currie (Nina), Roy Currie (Gwen), Louis Currie (Wynn), Eddie Currie (Joyce), Junior Currie (Marjorie), Doris Harbison, Nellie Wilson (Leonard), Marg Phybus (Earl) and Jean Cook.

She is survived by: her sons, Larry Currie (Susan) of Woodstock and Dale Currie (Natalie) of Debec; her grandchildren, Beth Pond (Jon), Michael Currie (Danielle), Matthew Currie (Ashley), Chelsea Stokes (Nathan) and Logan Currie (Gina); her great grandchildren, Harrison, Charlotte, Connor, Olivia, Emery, Bowen, Jasper, Oliver and Avery; her sister-in-law Hattie Cheney; her grandmother Miller; and her cousin Arlene Burpee.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the McKenzie Corner United Church or Trinity United Church in Debec.
