He was predeceased by: his father Howard Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Mbeba (Dennis), Taylor Campbell (Nick LaForrest), Timothy Campbell (Emilie Cote) and Kristen Campbell; his grandchildren, Naphtal, Eilajh and Andre; and his siblings, Carolyn Campbell (Mark) and Michael Campbell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins as well as many friends.
