She was predeceased by: her parents, George Surette and Béatrice Surette (Pellerin); and her daughter Rita Cormier. She is survived by: her children, Norma Surette (late Harvey) of Moncton, Francis (Félice) of Dieppe and Raymond (Diane) of Irishtown; her son-in-law W. E. Tom Cormier of Moncton; her brother Henri (Géraldine) of Dieppe; her brother-in-law Coral Daigle of Moncton; her niece Simonne McLeod (Donny) of Grand Bend, ON; and her brothers, Laurie, Ovila, Alphonse, Gérard and Paul. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson, as well as several nieces and nephews.
