He was predeceased by: his parents, Barry Kinney and Pearl Kinney (Davenport); his wife Barbara; and his sisters, Lola and Lela.

He is survived by: his children, Leonald Kinney (Kimberly), Beverly Giberson (Terry), Kendall Kinney and Angela Polchies. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.

Donations made to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
