He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Willard and Helen Willard (Hemphill); and his brothers, Joseph and William. He is survived by: his siblings, Violet of Ottawa, Francis, Colin of Ottawa and Steve of Hilltop. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
