He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Smith and Elsie Smith (Woodworth) of Curryville; his parents-in-law, Herb and Joyce Walters (Milton); his nephew Travis Smith; and his close friends, Sam and Hank.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda (Walters); his daughters, Megan (Shawn McKinley) and Marley (Nathan Carson); his grandchildren, Ella, Lily, Owen and Avery; his siblings, Orville, Susan (Jim), Gary and Karen (Duncan); his in-laws, Herb (Ann), Carolin (Norman) and Debbie (Wayne); and his goddaughter Courtney Woodworth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital- Palliative Care unit would be appreciated by the family.
