He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cruickshank and Mary Ann Cruickshank (O'Brien); his former wife Della Cruickshank (Alward); his daughter Bonnie Scott; and his siblings, Louise Gregg, Charlotte Linfield, Christina Hicks, James and John.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Cruickshank; his children, Heather Bradley (Steve), MaryEllen Taylor (Michael), Susan Guptill (Jeff) and Peter Cruickshank (Kim); his stepdaughters, Mary Chaulk (Wally), Joan Conrod (Bruce), Cindy Paul, Kathy Smith (Chris) and Patti MacDonald (Carl); and his sister-in-law June Cruickshank. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Due to Covid-19, masks will be mandatory for all in attendance.
For those who wish, in lieu of flowers, remembrances in Bill's memory may be made to Havelock Centerpoint Wesleyan Church.
