He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Keith and Mildred Keith (Coates); his brother Marty; and his grandson Lincoln. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Adam Keith (Krista) and Bradley Keith (Gwen); and his grandchildren, Morgan, Kacey, Noah, Corey and Karley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
