It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank J. Van Der Laan (Hatfield Point, New Brunswick), who passed away on October 19, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob and IJtje (Koksma); his former wife Pietie (Patty); and his siblings, Mien, Eiske, John and Sieger.
He is survived by: his wife Paulette Boyd (Ganong) of Hatfield Point; his sons, Jaap Sieger (Wil) of The Netherlands, Paul (Shelley) of Fredericton, NB and Frankjan (Brenda) of Kingston, ON; his grandchildren, Joost, Luuk, Gijs, Anna, Eden, Mitch, Alex, Adam and Kate; his siblings, Bob (Annie), Jacob (Maaike), Martha Huisman, Ytie Krol (Bauke) and Rimke Konstapel; and his sister-in-law Antoinette.
Memorial donations may be made to the Bayview Cemetery, Canadian Cancer Society or the memorial of the donor's choice.
