It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Elsie Piercy (Harvey Station, New Brunswick), born in Moncton, New Brunswick, who passed away on July 11, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Murdock Hicks and Eleanor Hicks (Hanselpacker); her son Michael Piercy; and her siblings, Newton Garland (late Beulah), Ruth Bishop (late Laurie) and Betty McDougall (late Gordon).

She is survived by: her son Leslie Piercy (Connie); her daughter-in-law Patty Piercy; her grandchildren, Christie Clark (Ian), Steven Piercy, Alexander Piercy, Michael Piercy (Mikey), Matthew Piercy and Benjamin Piercy; her great grandchild Peyton Piercy; and her siblings, Joan McKay, Beverly Conrad and Ken Hicks (Donna). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
