He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Sr.; his wife Berneice Fletcher (Hood); his son-in-law Douglas; his great grandchild Charley; and his siblings, Josephine, Douglas, Edward and George.
He is survived by: his parent Pamela Fletcher (Brown); his children, Joseph Fletcher Jr., Gloria Fletcher (Greg), Marilyn Fletcher, John Fletcher (Iris), Mary Lou Fletcher (Joe) and Sandra Fletcher (Rick); his grandchildren, Stewart Glaspy (Wendy), Scott Wilson, Daniel Glaspy, James, Andrew (Amanda), Luke and Josie; his great grandchildren, Alex, Isaiah, Dara, Dominic, Hannah, Brooklyn, Aaron, Amber, Mia and Jamie; his sister Bertie Coy of Fredericton, NB; and his sisters-in-law, Penny Fletcher, Roxie Hood, Mary Hood and Barbara Embleton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, for those who wish to make a donation in memory of Joe, the family has suggested the Anglican Parish of Prince William, NB Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of the donor's choice.
