He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Doucette (Lavoie); his parents, Jerry Doucette and Josephine Doucette (late Jos Gallant); his children, Joseph, Francis and Catherine; his grandsons, Charlie Connors (Eliza) and Timothy Doucette; and his siblings, Julienne, Vincent, Aurele, Moïse and Abel.

He is survived by: his children, Lionel Doucette (Ester), Ronald Doucette (Sylvina), Eliza See (late Dan), Margaret Harris (Larry) and Patricia Roussy (Maurice); his stepchildren, Gabe Collette (Patricia), Norm Collette, Diane Hossack (Dale), Jackie Hanselpacker (Larry), Patricia Collette, Cecilia Gallant (Roger), Eva Courtemanche (Ivan), Norma Collette, Gisele Parkinson and Carole Collette; and his siblings, Alyre, Melas, David, Robert, Leo, Fidele, Clara and Rosela. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and friends.
