It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Barry Barner of Harvey Station, New Brunswick, born in Manchester, New Hampshire, who passed away at the age of 84, on March 15, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Brenneman and Vivianne Wentworth Barner (Eldridge); and his sister Pamela Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Susan (Baldyga); his daughters, Emily (AJ Jumat) and Wendy (Tom Kenny); his siblings, Dean (Joan), Christian (Jennifer) and Kim Streetman (Richard); and his siblings-in-law, Walter Carroll and Jan Tewes (Jerry Nash). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Barry's mortal remains have been donated to the furtherance of medical sciences at Dalhousie University.
