He is survived by: his sister Lisa Chase (Lynwood Dow) of Beckim Settlement; his nieces, Alicia Chase, Heather Chase (Aderianna Manuel) and Kelsey Madsen (Randy Madsen); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brian Stewart, Zackary Stewart, Cole Stewart, Chloe Stewart, Douglas Jr. Stewart, Quinn Madsen and Asher Madsen; his aunts, Mary Campbell and Sandra MacIntosh; and his friend Scott (Green).
