Gerty is survived by: children, Kathy Orser (David) of Hartland, Brigid Williams (Mark) of Wilmot, Dan Sherwood (Holly) of Caledonia, NY and Justin Sherwood; grandchildren, Alex Orser, Grace Orser, Isaac Williams, Marie-Helene Williams, Joshua Sherwood, Jacob Sherwood and Haley Sherwood; children, Andrew, Angela, Amanda, Adam DeMerchant, Terry Sprague and Jack Estey; siblings, Muriel Barrette of Montreal, Nicole Levert of Quebec and Gerard Barrette of Somerville; and sister-in-law Joyce Sherwood of Coburg, ON. Gerty is also survived by nieces and nephews.
