She was predeceased by: her parent Leo Barrette; her husband Donald Sherwood; and her siblings, Helene Genereux, Daniel Barrette, Michelle Barrette, Barbara Hurlburt, Eunice Sherwood, Alma Foster, Evangeline Donnelly, Margaret Sewell, Maurice Genereux, Earl Sherwood, Jim Sherwood and Roy Sherwood.

She is survived by: her parent Stella Barrette; her children, Kathy Orser (David) of Hartland, Brigid Williams (Mark) of Wilmot, Dan Sherwood (Holly) of Caledonia, NY and Justin Sherwood; her grandchildren, Alex Orser, Grace Orser, Isaac Williams, Helene Williams, Joshua Sherwood, Jacob Sherwood and Haley Sherwood; her children, Andrew, Angela, Amanda, Adam DeMerchant, Terry Sprague and Jack Estey; and her siblings, Muriel Barrette of Montreal, Nicole Levert of Quebec, Gerard Barrette of Somerville and Joyce Sherwood of Coburg, ON. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
