He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth (Bredin); his children, Alicia Porter of Mansfield, OH and Alan Paul (Sara); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Madelyn and Maisie of Cape Cod, MA; his daughter Andrea Fowler (Ben); his grandchildren, Georgia and Tanner; his daughter Audrey Norman (Frank); his grandsons, Malik, Sean and Elijah of Dayton, TN; his children, Alana Smith (Ryan), Bredin and Jubilee of Seoul; his siblings, Paula Brown (Don), Myrna Smith, Lona Piamonte (Ed), Peter (Giryl) and Steven; and his parents, Paul and Thelma.
