She was predeceased by: her parent Hugh of Mount Prospect; her husband Ned; her son Reg; and her siblings, Bill, Maurice, Gerard, Reg, Josephine, Geraldine, Anne and Jennie.
She is survived by: her parent Josephine (Hogan) of Mount Prospect; her children, Fred (Beth), Neil (Judi) and Terri (Alan); her daughter-in-law Betsy; her grandchildren, Shannon (Shannon), Dylan, Jade (Tyler), Jesse and Jared (Lorien); and also O'Brien of Mount Prospect.
Donations in Regina's memory may be made to any charity of the donor's choice.
