We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2024, at the age of 60, Jay Halliday (Hampton, New Brunswick) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Halliday and Viola Paul-Halliday-Hamilton (Peters); his birth parents, Gerald and Linda Paul; his parents-in-law, Clyde and Cecilia Teare; and his stepfathers, Danny McCarthy and Victor Hamilton.
He is survived by: his wife Shelley Halliday (Teare) of Hampton, NB; his daughters, Jennifer Garnett (Karl) of Hampton, NB and Mandy Scott (Mike Morrison) of Hampton, NB; his grandchildren, Carlee Scott, Breea Scott and Hunter Garnett; and his siblings, Michael Halliday (Andrea D'Eon) of Kingston, NB, Charlotte Paul (Howard Zwicker) of Wolfville, NS and Suzie Paul of Windsor, NS. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
