He is survived by: his parent Gladys Bellamy (Merritt); his wife Doreen Bellamy (Warren); his children, Bryan Bellamy (Stephanie) of Hampton, NB and Sherri Lynn Bellamy of Ottawa, ON; and his sisters, Dorothy Wakowick of Thunder Bay, ON, Lorraine Vaccher of Dryden, ON, Margaret Silvey (John) of Thunder Bay, ON and Shirley Ann Davis (George) of Thunder Bay.
Donations in memory of Jack may be made to the Paediatric Inpatient Unit of the Saint John Regional Hospital or to a charity of the donor's choice.
