He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Bower and Mildred Bower (Hamilton); and his sister-in-law Dale Cox. He is survived by: his wife Janice Michaud (Meisner); his stepdaughters, Danielle Bremermann (Eric) of Oakville, ON, Suzanne Stevenson of Lakeside, NB and Valerie King (Todd) of North Bay, ON; his siblings, Charles Bower (Leona) of Shelburne, NS and Lillian Swain (Ron) of Shelburne, NS; and his brothers-in-law, Kent Meisner (Ann) of Venice, Andrew Meisner of Wolfville, NS and Bruce Cox of Winsor, NS. He is also survived by 8 step-grandchildren.
