He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Sheppard and Eva Sheppard (Bryant); his siblings-in-law, Garry Mitchell, Phyllis McMackin (Elward), Mildred Doherty and Edna Allen; and his daughter Bryanne (Shannon).
He is survived by: his wife Bertha (Doherty); his children, Shane (Melissa) and Maggie Robichaud (Tony); his grandchildren, Madeline, James, Sarah, Kylie, Colton Sheppard, Annie, Sam, Eve and Maria Robichaud; and his siblings, Bill (Rose), Murray (Wanda), Eva Fairen (Glen) and Donna Codner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
