She was predeceased by: her parents, F. Roderick Wyrwas and Catherine J. Wyrwas (Cameron); her husband Daniel Gilbert; and her siblings, Joyce Wyrwas and Gerald.

She is survived by: her son David Gilbert (Shannon); her grandchildren, Eva and Cameron; her siblings, Bruce Wyrwas (Kathy), John Wyrwas (Tammy) and Kathy Hawkins (Lane); her father-in-law Andrew Reynolds; and her in-laws, Wanda Allen, Carole Brewer (Allan) and Beverley Gilbert. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
