He was predeceased by: his parents, Désiré J. Goguen and Cécile Goguen. He is survived by: his siblings, Jeanne-Mance Goguen (late Donat) of Cocagne, Louis-Marcel Goguen (Jeanne) of Cocagne, Léonard Goguen (Oliva) of Dieppe, Jean-Marie Goguen (Anne-Marie) of Fredericton, Charles Goguen (Fernande) of Grande-Digue and Denis Goguen of Fredericton. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
